Processing/Shipping
We ship orders Monday- Saturday. (Sunday and holidays, orders shipped the NEXT BUSINESS DAY)
Please allow 1-2 business days for your orders to be processed although most items go out immediately, there may be a delay. If your order is delayed for any reason, DESSLash/LashEMPRESS will notify you via email/text.
Due to the worldwide pandemic, items may be but are not subject to shipping delay. Please allow 2-4 extra business days for shipping time.Thank you for your patience
Note: Confirmation emails/text(sms) messages with tracking information are sent after each order has been placed. If you have not received tracking number email/text(sms)message us at support@desslash.com or call 877-MNK-LASH (665-5474) (text friendly).
Damages/Lost Packages
We inspect each and every order upon packaging products to ensure the best quality. Once items are sent out DESSLash/LashEMPRESS is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at support@desslash.com or call 877-MNK-LASH (665-5274) If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file.
