If you have received wrong or missing items please contact us at support@desslash.com or call 877-MNK-LASH (665-5274) with name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary along with proof of what items were missing or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right because here at DESS GROUP, LLC / DESSLash we appreciate the support and trust you have put in us. 

Refunds/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the health of our customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you have received the wrong item, if so contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
